Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of implementing scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and ethical AI implementation.
- Experience with quantum computing paradigms or a strong aptitude for rapid learning in nascent fields.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
