Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into our primary neural networks to ensure future-proof scalability.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models from prototyping to production deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers to solve complex system bottlenecks.
- Establish best practices for code review, testing, and high-availability system architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the 2026 roadmap.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance across all distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and high-performance computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder management.
