Responsibilities
- Architect and train next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on reasoning and planning capabilities.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge generative AI agents capable of autonomous multi-step problem solving.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs for edge deployment scenarios.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production features.
- Conduct rigorous academic research and publish findings in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, or Cognitive Science.
- Proven track record of research experience, evidenced by peer-reviewed publications in top AI venues.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior researchers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
