Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Models: Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems designed for 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Research Direction: Define the long-term research roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Deep Learning and Neural Architecture Search (NAS).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of research engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific excellence.
- Publication & Outreach: Author and publish breakthrough papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and present findings to the global scientific community.
- Model Deployment: Collaborate with the Engineering division to transition theoretical research into scalable, production-ready AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in applied machine learning research, with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Publications: Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape of the near future.
