Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance neural architectures for the 2026 Ecosystem.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to define technical roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI governance.
- Optimize existing systems for quantum readiness and reduced latency.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Proven experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or edge AI deployment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
