What You Will Do
As our Lead Architect, you will be responsible for the high-level design and technical strategy of our flagship products. You will lead a team of brilliant minds in exploring the boundaries of Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Sustainable Tech.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026-ready AI infrastructure and quantum-computing integration.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation machine learning models, focusing on explainable AI (XAI) and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Monitor emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and product differentiation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and ethical AI principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
