Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 Systems Initiative.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Ensure system scalability, high availability, and robust security protocols.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and mitigate architectural risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.
- Oversee code reviews and mentorship of junior engineering talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture or software engineering.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, distributed systems projects.
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in data modeling and database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions.
