Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical strategy that anticipates market shifts and technological breakthroughs expected by 2026.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native infrastructures capable of handling high-frequency AI transactions.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the exploration and integration of quantum computing solutions into legacy and new workflows.
- AI Governance: Establish architectural frameworks for ethical AI and data privacy compliance.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype emerging technologies including Augmented Reality (AR) interfaces and neural networks.
- Strategic Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI integration patterns.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum algorithms and quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
