Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and predictive reports on disruptive technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Advose C-suite executives on emerging risks and opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, and neuro interfaces
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Experience leading global research initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
