Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all departments
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive analytics methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
