- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market disruptions and technological paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid experimentation and technology adoption
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
