Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks mapping technological, societal, and economic shifts through 2030
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on 2026 industry disruption
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global futurist forums (Davos, WEF)
- Build and mentor a 10-person futurist team across 4 international offices
- Quantify market opportunities using proprietary AI trend-analysis tools
- Advise product teams on 5-year roadmaps for exponential technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Fluency in at least 2 languages with cross-cultural negotiation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 10-year predictions
- Security clearance for government-level foresight projects
