Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business models
- Author high-impact thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our company as the future authority
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a world-class foresight team with cutting-edge analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leader with keynote experience at global forums (WEF, TED, etc.)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Track record of translating future scenarios into $100M+ business initiatives
