Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end quantum software and hardware integration solutions for Project 2026.
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error correction protocols to optimize system performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with external hardware partners to define interface specifications and development roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system stability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, superposition, entanglement, and quantum gates.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product development lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
