Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interactions
- Assist with mail processing at distribution facilities when needed
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery time standards
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate scanning devices for package tracking and verification
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
