Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail/packages by delivery route
- Walk/drive assigned daily delivery routes in all weather conditions
- Collect outgoing mail from collection boxes and businesses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Follow USPS safety protocols and report hazards
- Complete daily delivery logs and required paperwork
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license (if operating vehicles)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours daily
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
