Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to USPS routes and schedules
- Collect mail from designated collection boxes and customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues
- Operate automated mail processing equipment with proper safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and push/pull mail carts
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
