- Efficiently sort, prepare, and deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate postal vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer interaction logs
- Operate scanning technology to track delivery status
- Provide courteous service to customers and resolve delivery inquiries
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report issues
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
