Responsibilities
- Analyze organizational processes and implement data-driven improvements
- Develop and manage federal budgets exceeding $5M
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Ensure compliance with OMB Circulars, GAO standards, and VA directives
- Lead process reengineering projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Mentor junior staff on federal compliance and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years federal government experience with program analysis
- Proficiency in federal budget formulation and execution
- Strong expertise in performance measurement and reporting (e.g., MAX, PMIS)
- Valid federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with VA healthcare systems preferred
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and Power BI
