Responsibilities
- Analyze operational efficiency of federal health programs using performance metrics
- Develop data-driven recommendations for resource allocation and process improvements
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives for public health emergency preparedness
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership on program performance
- Manage grant compliance and financial accountability for health initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement with local government partners and community organizations
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR, CFR) and OMB guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years federal government program analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI)
- Knowledge of federal procurement and grant management processes
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Experience with federal performance management frameworks (GPRA, PART)
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
