Responsibilities
- Maintain public facilities, parks, and recreational areas ensuring safety and accessibility

- Respond to service requests and emergency situations with prompt professional action
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during daily operations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for coordinated infrastructure projects
- Document work activities and maintain accurate maintenance records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance, landscaping, or construction
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to obtain required municipal certifications within 6 months
