Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of public infrastructure, including roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment, such as dump trucks, graders, and jackhammers, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Respond to emergency service requests and public complaints regarding city infrastructure promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general maintenance, construction, or public works is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
