Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to federal and state agencies in the Charlotte area.
- Assist with data entry, record management, and filing of sensitive government documents.
- Conduct research and prepare reports in compliance with government regulations.
- Communicate with stakeholders and constituents to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support the implementation of new policies and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have eligible legal work authorization.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, public administration, or clerical role is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance verification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
