Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Neural Architectures: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on LLMs and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer high-performance systems capable of handling millions of transactions with sub-millisecond latency.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging paradigms such as neural-symbolic AI and quantum-inspired algorithms.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years specializing in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Model Engineering: Proven experience fine-tuning large language models and deploying them in production environments.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
