Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume phone lines and citizen inquiries during night operations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in government databases.
- Monitor security systems and access logs to ensure facility safety.
- Assist night shift supervisors with administrative tasks and report generation.
- Process incoming mail, faxes, and documents efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with county policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a government or public sector environment is a plus.
- Must be available to work 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or 3rd Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Clear background check and valid driver’s license.
