Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Correctional Officer Certification
- Minimum 2 years law enforcement or security experience
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and polygraph examination
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Must pass physical fitness assessment and firearms qualification
