Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certification
- Minimum 1 year security or corrections experience
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness test
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- Strong observational attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure overnight environments
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
