Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise inmates in secure facilities during overnight hours
- Conduct regular security patrols and headcounts
- Enforce facility rules and respond to incidents
- Document all activities using digital reporting systems
- Perform emergency response protocols (fire, medical, security breaches)
- Screen visitors and incoming packages
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
- Arizona POST Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- US Citizenship and residency in Arizona
