Responsibilities
- Monitor Data Feeds: Continuously monitor and validate incoming data streams during night operations to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform Data Entry: Execute high-volume data entry tasks with zero error tolerance, ensuring all records are updated in real-time.
- Generate Reports: Create and distribute nightly operational reports to supervisors and department heads.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on data systems and troubleshoot minor technical anomalies.
- Compliance Checks: Verify that all night shift activities adhere to state privacy laws and internal security protocols.
- Issue Resolution: Document and escalate any data discrepancies or system failures immediately to the technical support team.
- Inventory Management: Assist with periodic physical inventory audits of night shift equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database management software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a state-mandated background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting purposes.
