Responsibilities
- Execute high-velocity data entry and verification for state records and databases.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and confidentiality standards for sensitive government information.
- Monitor night-shift alert systems and resolve technical discrepancies immediately.
- Generate and compile daily/weekly operational reports for the day-shift leadership team.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Ensure full compliance with North Carolina state regulations and office safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or records management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and reliably during the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess the legal right to work in the United States.
