Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone lines and inquiries with a high degree of professionalism during the night shift.
- Process sensitive federal information and applications with strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Escalate complex issues to day-shift supervisors while maintaining continuity of service.
- Maintain accurate records in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) database.
- Adhere to all federal security protocols and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans experiencing urgent needs.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
