Responsibilities
- Monitor Data Streams: Oversee incoming government data feeds during night shifts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to state and federal oversight bodies in adherence to strict regulations.
- Anomaly Detection: Identify irregularities in datasets and escalate issues to senior management immediately.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on government databases and software systems to prevent downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all night operations activities for audit trails.
- Interagency Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of information.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in government, public sector, or data entry roles.
- Shift Requirements: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access) and basic data analysis software.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background check and obtain a government-issued identification badge.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure data integrity.
