Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage secure government databases and communication channels during night operations.
- Perform high-volume data entry, validation, and processing of federal records with 99.9% accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Defense (DoD) security protocols.
- Generate and submit daily operational reports and shift logs to management.
- Respond to emergency alerts and support requests within the designated response time frames.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity for all classified and sensitive information.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on incoming data streams.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government background investigation (Secret/Top Secret preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a 24/7 facility.
- Proven reliability and excellent attendance record.
