As a Night Shift Federal Security Officer, you'll be the first line of defense during overnight operations. Your expertise will ensure the safety of federal assets, personnel, and classified information while maintaining compliance with stringent federal protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol federal facilities during overnight shifts
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergency incidents with precision
- Conduct thorough access control screenings for personnel and visitors
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs in federal compliance systems
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and federal agencies during critical incidents
- Operate advanced security equipment including biometric scanners and X-ray machines
- Enforce federal security regulations and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Minimum 2 years experience in law enforcement, military, or federal security
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and access control systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS security certification
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
