Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 perimeter surveillance and access control at federal facilities
- Monitor advanced security systems including biometric scanners and motion detectors
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate with federal law enforcement
- Prepare detailed incident reports and compliance documentation
- Conduct routine security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Maintain strict adherence to federal security protocols (FIPS 199, NISPOM)
- Train junior staff on emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years security operations experience
- Familiarity with federal security standards (FISMA, CUI)
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Proficient in CCTV and alarm system operation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
