Role Overview:
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for federal inquiries and internal operations during the night shift. You will ensure the continuity of critical services, manage sensitive data, and support mission-critical administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming communications (phone, email, secure portals) during night operations.
- Process and verify sensitive federal documentation and records with a 100% accuracy rate.
- Monitor security systems and respond to alerts according to federal compliance protocols.
- Assist in the resolution of complex issues for federal clients and agency personnel.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data privacy regulations (NIST, FISMA).
- Perform routine data entry and database updates for federal reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or government contracting is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software.
