Key Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Government Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring seamless 24/7 operations.
- Monitor and process incoming federal communications and data entries during night hours.
- Verify and maintain accurate records of sensitive government documents.
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of operations.
- Respond to inquiries regarding agency procedures and policies.
- Assist in the preparation of nightly operational reports and logs.
- Adhere to strict federal compliance and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or government operations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government database systems.
