Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume data entry and digitization of government records with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for sensitive public documents.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including badge access and facility checks.
- Process incoming mail, applications, and official correspondence according to protocol.
- Assist the day shift leadership with end-of-day reporting and database synchronization.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, FOIA).
- Perform routine maintenance of office equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
