Responsibilities
- Analyze municipal data and policy documents during overnight operations
- Prepare confidential reports for city council and emergency management teams
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications during off-peak hours
- Monitor real-time city infrastructure systems and alert supervisors
- Support disaster preparedness and crisis response protocols
- Document operational procedures for 24/7 continuity
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on project handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years government or public sector experience
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Secret clearance eligibility or willingness to obtain
- Certification in Emergency Management preferred
