Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails regarding government services and benefits during the night shift.
- Input and verify sensitive citizen data into secure databases with 99.9% accuracy.
- Resolve complex inquiries by navigating internal government systems efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling high-pressure situations.
- Document case resolutions and escalate critical issues to day-shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a government or call center setting.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on privacy and confidentiality.
