- Verify all submitted documentation and ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Communicate with claimants via phone and email to resolve inquiries during evening hours.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government records and data.
- Update case management systems with current status and findings.
- Identify trends in claims data and report anomalies to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government administration or claims processing is a plus.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
