Responsibilities
- Monitor city surveillance systems during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency calls and dispatch appropriate resources
- Document incident reports with precise detail and compliance
- Conduct routine safety patrols of designated city zones
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities and communications
- Provide critical information to day-shift teams during handover
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (Class C minimum)
- Minimum 1 year security or public safety experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Shift flexibility essential (holidays, weekends required)
- Basic knowledge of Omaha geography preferred
