Responsibilities
- Monitor facility activities and maintain strict security protocols during night shifts.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports and logs.
- Facilitate the intake and release of personnel or assets in a controlled and orderly manner.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to ensure seamless handover and communication.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and enforce rules fairly and consistently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or military service preferred.
- Previous experience in a security, law enforcement, or government role is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert during non-traditional hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
