Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain real-time government systems and databases during night operations.
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate with field teams for immediate resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations.
- Perform nightly data audits and generate operational reports for morning shift handover.
- Maintain the physical and digital security of sensitive government facilities.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of security and monitoring equipment.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and valid government identification.
- Experience in a night shift or 24/7 operations role within the public sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government data management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance process.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
