Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to after-hours emergency calls and infrastructure alerts across city departments
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and utility crews during nighttime incidents
- Perform routine inspections of municipal facilities and critical systems during night shifts
- Maintain detailed incident logs and digital documentation for next-day handovers
- Operate city communication systems and dispatch resources during off-peak hours
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations during all nighttime operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in public administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in government, emergency services, or operations
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
