Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing during night shifts to ensure government databases are updated accurately.
- Review and verify incoming correspondence for compliance with federal regulations and agency protocols.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive government documents.
- Operate office machinery and software systems to generate reports and track inventory.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and remote teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in the physical organization and archiving of records in compliance with retention schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or records management is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
