Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol assigned government facilities overnight
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials for all personnel
- Respond to security incidents with de-escalation techniques and incident reporting
- Maintain detailed logs of activities and submit comprehensive shift reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance reports
- Train in specialized government security protocols including classified information handling
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
- Proficient in CCTV operation and incident report writing
- Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- U.S. citizenship and clean driving record required
