Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate emergency response protocols during overnight hours
- Conduct routine infrastructure inspections and security patrols
- Process and document after-hours citizen service requests
- Maintain communication with state and federal agencies during critical incidents
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports for day-shift handover
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Operate specialized monitoring equipment and communication systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years government or public sector experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficient in emergency response systems and software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Must pass federal background clearance
- First Aid/CPR certification required
