Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical government systems during night shift operations
- Respond to emergency protocols and document incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity
- Perform data analysis and generate daily performance reports
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
- Train and mentor new night shift personnel
- Conduct routine security checks and facility inspections
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in public administration
- Minimum 2 years of government or security operations experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed
