Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure facility premises, parking lots, and equipment during night hours to prevent unauthorized access.
- Process and log incoming documentation, reports, and security alerts accurately and timely.
- Conduct routine patrols and facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond immediately to emergency alarms, fire systems, and security breaches.
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors to ensure seamless handover of operations and information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the control center.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a suitable background check/clearance as required by government standards.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or facility operations preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with basic computer software.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods; must pass a physical fitness test.
